Required Travel Documents for Hajj

1. 3 passport size photographs for each passenger
2. Completed application forms with signature for each passenger
3. Original passports valid for a minimum of six months from date of travel. (Original & Copy)
4. Non Canadians need to submit original Landed documents
5. International vaccination (yellow booklet) against Meningitis (ACYW135)
   Booklet must be stamped and signed by authorized doctor
6. Original marriage certificate for wife traveling with husband or old Landed Immigrant Document, or any legal document that proves marriage relationship such as passports (Original & Copy)
7. Original birth certificates to prove relationship between Mahram and dependent (wife, sister’s wife, aunt, child, daughter, niece, son under 18 y.o)
8. 2 Bank Drafts in the amounts of 594 Saudi Riyal and 435 Saudi Riyal payable to: “Unified Agents of Saudi Arabia” (Original & Copy)
9. Women above 45 y.o traveling by themselves must fill up “Notarized Mahram form”. This form must be signed and Notarized at a Notary Public.
